Sample Policy

SHIPMENT FULFILLMENT AND BILLING NOTICE:
This sample shipment will be fulfilled and delivered by Odyssey Logistics on behalf of Zeolyst International. Please note that any charges associated with this shipment will appear on your credit card statement under the name Odyssey Managed Services, LLC.

ORDER QUANTITY:
• The minimum sample quantity is 0.5 kg per product.
• The maximum total sample quantity per order is20 kg, which may consist of a single product or combination of multiple products.
• Samples may be ordered in increments of 0.5kg.
• Sample requests exceeding 5 kg are subject to inventory availability confirmation prior to order acceptance.

PRICING:
• 0.5 kg: $250
• 1 kg: $500
• Sample sales are governed by Zeolyst International’s general terms and conditions.

PAYMENT:
• Full payment is required at the time of orderplacement.
• Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
• Samples are currently available only for products manufactured in the United States.
• If you don’t see what you are looking for, please fill out the “Contact Us” form and our team will contact you for further assistance.

SHIPPING:
• Standard shipping costs are included in the sample price.
• Expedited shipping options may be selected at checkout; additional charges will be added to the invoice.
• All shipments are made on a Delivered at Place(DAP) basis.
• The customer is responsible for all importduties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, whereapplicable.

RETURNS:
• All sample sales are final.
• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REGISTRATION:
• All customers are screened during accountregistration in accordance with our internal tradecompliance policy.
• Customer must acknowledge end-use/end usercompliance requirements during checkout prior to order submission.
